Our Karate Workshop and weekly class are designed for all abilities. Whether participants are neurodiverse, have physical or learning differences, or simply want to grow in focus and confidence, this program adapts to meet every learner where they are. Through movement, respect, and perseverance, karate becomes more than a martial art, it becomes a pathway to empowerment.

What You'll Experience
- Foundations of karate: stances, focus drills, and basic moves
- Respect, discipline, and teamwork woven into every lesson
- Adaptive instruction to ensure safety and accessibility for all participants
- Weekly virtual classes on Zoom (Saturdays at 1pm EST)
Building Strength and Resilience
This program integrates social and emotional learning alongside physical skill-building:
- Self-Discipline – practicing focus, respect, and consistency
- Emotional Regulation – learning to manage stress through breathing and movement
