Our Karate Workshop and weekly class are designed for all abilities. Whether participants are neurodiverse, have physical or learning differences, or simply want to grow in focus and confidence, this program adapts to meet every learner where they are. What You'll Experience

  • Foundations of karate: stances, focus drills, and basic moves

  • Weekly virtual classes on Zoom (Saturdays at 1pm EST)
